Industrial Yarn Two-for-one twister spindle

②The spindle (230,250 and 305 type series) can realize the twisting of low and medium twist of the single yarn or ply yarn with coarse filament (coarse yarn) and chemical fiber heavy filament like polyester fiber, polyamide fiber, polypropylene fiber etc. It is mainly applied to the production of industry use yarn for cloth of suitcases and bags, cord conveyor belt etc., and carpet yarn, in processing coarse yarn. It boasts high running speed (at 7000-10000r/min), wide range of twist, large package (with the weight of the largest package ranges from 3 to 10Kg, which spares the trouble of processing with small bobbins of yarn separately), bringing high productive, reducing production procedure, improving efficiency and quality, low power consumption, compact structure, nice appearance and  easy operation etc.

③Spindle foot is applied with upper and lower rolling bearing support to optimize the flexibility. Its rotation parts are treated with superfinish machining and precise running balance processing technology so that the spindle can run steadily with homogeneous spindle speed and low noise, and deliver high production efficiency, low power consumption, with improves the performance and reliability of the spindle. Spindle speed ranges from 8000 to 15000 r/min.

④The yarn passage parts are made of smooth wear-resistant ceramic and mental machining part whose surface is treated with special process, which ensure the smooth wear-resistant yarn, long lifespan, strong corrosion-resistance. Application of a tensioner to control tension allows quick and easy tension adjustment, stable winding tension when spindle is running and convenient operation. Between the fixed balloon housing and the yarn collecting area of twisting disc it will form a certain storage of yarn to balance the tension change during the backing-off.
